- Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social media) leveraging tools such as Outreach to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and pipeline status in Salesforce to ensure transparency and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns, call strategies, and participate in regional marketing events for lead generation.
- Improve and document BDR processes in partnership with management, and mentor new hires to support their onboarding and account navigation.
Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in outbound sales development within the tech industry is required.
- Energetic and positive phone communication skills, excellent active listening, and strong written communication abilities.

- Demonstrated initiative, perseverance in the face of setbacks, and capability to independently drive projects to completion.
- Alignment with GitLab's core values and ethical standards.
- Understanding of business processes, organizational roles, and structures.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar sales prospecting and sequencing software.
- Willingness and ability to travel for events like training sessions, team meetings, and customer engagements.
