About Sona
Globally, around 3 billion people perform frontline roles, yet organisations managing these workers often rely on outdated solutions like paper, Excel, or legacy workforce management tools. Sona addresses this gap by providing an AI-powered platform that integrates Scheduling, HR, Payroll, and Communications, empowering the largest frontline organisations to optimise staffing and support their teams effectively.
Over the past five years, Sona has positively impacted over 100,000 frontline workers and their organisations, grown to a team of over 150 employees, and secured more than $100 million in venture funding from renowned investors including N47, Felicis, Northzone, and Google's Gradient Ventures.
Joining Sona now means contributing to a rapidly growing company with experienced leadership and exceptional benefits, while having substantial influence on company culture and growth.
