Role Overview

We seek motivated individuals eager to build a career in software sales. Prior sales experience is not mandatory, but candidates must be driven by technology sales and ready to work passionately in a dynamic, target-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential clients to comprehend their organizational challenges and needs.
• Actively generate a valuable sales pipeline by strategically prospecting within SMB and EMC market segments.
• Partner with sales and product teams to identify and prioritize target prospects.
• Manage and nurture a prospect pipeline while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in business development within SMB or EMC sectors, specifically handling prospects in South East Asia.
• At least two years of work in sales-related roles.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities, including effective writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work model: a balance of onsite presence at the local office part-time and remote work flexibility. The exact in-office schedule will be established by the hiring manager.
