This software empowers teams to enhance productivity, eliminate repetitive tasks, and concentrate on delivering value and fostering growth. Currently, Scoro supports over 1,600 clients and more than 20,000 users worldwide, with a global team of 130 employees based mainly in Tallinn, Estonia, and Riga, Latvia, along with remote members in the UK and the US.

Role Overview

The role involves generating new business leads primarily through outbound strategies such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and event participation. The BDR will engage with key decision makers to qualify leads and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to advance sales opportunities. The position is remote with occasional in-person events, including bi-annual gatherings in Estonia.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively secure outbound meetings via cold calls, emails, social networking, and events.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives and marketing to progress qualified leads along the sales funnel.
  • Build rapport with C-level and Director-level prospects by sharing educational content, event invitations, and timely communications.
  • Manage and maintain your sales pipeline to ensure prompt follow-ups and opportunity capture.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles with consistent target achievement, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and effective phone communication with prospects.
  • Strong emotional intelligence; capable of maintaining focus and positivity during challenges.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to maximize impact.
  • A passion for sales with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proactive and curious approach to adopting new tools, techniques, and sales strategies.

Desired Attributes

  • Track record of exceeding targets selling SaaS to executives in professional services industries like marketing, advertising, architecture, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Interest in technical aspects and software trends within the sales domain.

Benefits and Perks

  • Opportunity for career growth in technology sales working on a globally recognized product that streamlines business processes.
  • Stock options to participate in Scoro’s success.
  • Health insurance coverage with AXA, including three paid medical days and mental health support.
  • Contributory pension plan via Smart Pension.
  • 28 paid annual leave days plus public holidays, with additional loyalty days based on tenure.
  • Fully remote work for the UK team with occasional London events.
  • Home office setup allowance provided.
  • Paid parental leave: 12 weeks maternity and 8 weeks paternity after one year of employment.
  • Global bi-annual company events held in Estonia.
  • Resources for ongoing learning such as training budgets, books, courses, and unlimited Udemy access.
  • A supportive, diverse, and fun international company culture.

Compensation

The annual gross salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, with an additional potential £20,000 performance-based bonus.

Recruitment Process
