Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to energize market demand for our leading compliance products. This dynamic role involves engaging potential clients, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating strong leads through collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Your efforts will help transform initial contacts into qualified sales prospects, directly impacting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers to discover and cultivate sales prospects, regularly achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals while exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
• Qualify inbound leads effectively, leveraging AI-powered tools to generate high-quality opportunities for sales, ensuring seamless transitions to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to plan and implement territory strategies, managing diverse priorities independently to drive a robust sales pipeline.
• Consistently apply a structured yet creative business development methodology, confidently engaging contacts at various organizational levels including mid-management and executives.
• Suggest enhancements to business development tactics, documentation, and tools based on data analysis and AI-enabled workflows, to improve outcomes for internal teams and potential clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Between 0 to 12 months of proven success as a Business Development Representative or in a comparable role, consistently surpassing monthly targets for calls, appointments, and opportunities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with confidence in addressing audiences of any size.
• Self-driven and rapid learner, comfortable utilizing AI-assisted systems and modern sales technologies to boost efficiency.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and proficiency in Microsoft Office, alongside strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Innovative problem solver with persistence in outreach and a strong commitment to personal growth and learning.
• Ability to successfully clear a background check in compliance with client contracts.
