Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research companies that could benefit from advanced marketing automation tools.
• Work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies.
• Create, test, and modify communication tailored to different channels, sectors, and audience personas.
• Contribute knowledge and effective methods to improve the outbound sales process and support team members.
• Consistently demonstrate dedication and high effort to surpass sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in inbound or outbound business development within a marketing technology firm is preferred.
• Fluent proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed goals within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Energetic, self-aware, and eager to grow professionally through continuous learning.
• Detail-focused and a self-driven individual with a relentless focus on achieving targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary starting at €43,550 with performance bonuses; On-Target Earnings up to €67,000.
