Job description
Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced sales professionals to join TeamFeePay as Business Development Representatives focused on expanding our outreach across Ireland. This fully remote role involves introducing grassroots football clubs to our innovative platform and supporting them through our 5-Pillar Club Development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate and tailor TeamFeePay’s value propositions to meet client needs using a consultative sales approach.
- Confidently demonstrate, promote, and sell our system, supported by Product Specialists.
- Qualify leads according to company guidelines and participate in both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
- Strategically manage the sales funnel to attract new clubs, including face-to-face engagements and occasional travel.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline accurately in Salesforce, ensuring prompt follow-ups and deal closures.
- Pass new sales leads to the Onboarding Manager and be accountable for achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Plan and attend events and tournaments quarterly to engage clubs and expand our footprint.
- Maintain an updated regional prospect database and understand club lifecycle phases for sustained success.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance automation and efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for TeamFeePay to grow awareness among grassroots football communities.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of three years' experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong network within grassroots football in the relevant region.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in similar roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure with high resilience and patience.
- Process-oriented with a strategic sales mindset and strong time-management skills.
- IT competent with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- GCSE-level English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
- A collaborative team player comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, based remotely but serving the Dublin and broader Irish regions. The remuneration package is competitive, commensurate with experience. The closing date for applications is Wednesday, 30th September 2026.
