Role Overview
In this role, you will blend research, strategic planning, and creativity to map intricate organizations and connect effectively with key decision-makers. Utilizing our proprietary gifting platform as an innovative prospecting tool provides a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities
- Design and carry out outbound lead generation plans, clearly communicating Reachdesk's SaaS platform benefits to targeted audiences.
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospects to generate sales-ready opportunities within complex B2B firms.
- Analyze purchasing signals and product usage data to customize outreach and promptly address prospect needs.
- Develop and deploy Account-Based Marketing campaigns involving detailed research, organizational analysis, and tailored content aligned with SaaS buyer journeys.
- Keep Salesforce and Salesloft CRM systems updated to track pipeline and campaign performance effectively.
- Perform multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, social media, and other methods to nurture leads through the sales process.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-value SaaS prospects for the sales team.
- Represent Reachdesk at SaaS-related industry events, webinars, and partner meetings to increase network and new business development.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments to ensure smooth lead transitions, consistent messaging, and shared customer insights.
- Regularly evaluate outreach outcomes and refine strategies to enhance prospect engagement and conversion rates within a SaaS marketplace.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as a Business Development Representative, with proven success prospecting at mid-market or enterprise scales.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of adapting messages to diverse audiences, managing objections confidently, and swiftly building rapport.
- Proven enthusiasm or success using innovative outreach tactics such as personalized communication, multi-channel campaigns, and social media insights to penetrate prospect defenses.
- Rapid learning capacity to interpret ongoing product innovations into compelling value propositions for prospects.
- Resilient, entrepreneurial spirit and self-drive to embrace challenges and strive for personal excellence.
- Strategic thinker who uses insights from prospects, market dynamics, and competitors to influence company go-to-market strategies and actions.
- Collaborative team player with positive attitude and clear, effective communication across departments.
- Experienced with various outreach platforms and channels beyond email, familiarity with dialing tools like Nooks is advantageous.

Workplace and Location
This role is based in London with a hybrid setup requiring presence in the office two days per week.
