Business Development Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This position entails identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business prospects by initiating outbound outreach efforts targeting specific accounts. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to transform interest into active sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns focusing on designated target accounts.
• Qualify incoming leads and coordinate well-defined opportunities with Account Executives.
• Engage decision-makers through diverse communication channels including phone calls, emails, social media like LinkedIn, and video messaging.
• Maintain accurate tracking of activities and ensure pipeline data integrity within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on account-based marketing efforts and message validation.
• Perform thorough research on industries, specific accounts, and buyer personas to improve outreach effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in a business development or similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, managing objections, and performing high-volume outreach activities.
• Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with sales engagement software including Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
• Resilience, coachability, and motivation to meet quotas in a target-driven environment.
