About the Role
A global healthcare organization is recruiting a confident and relationship-focused Business Development Officer. This individual will be responsible for growing the client base, expanding the referral channels, and establishing strategic partnerships across healthcare, insurance, corporate sectors, and among high-net-worth individuals.
Primary Duties
- Market concierge healthcare services to corporations, insurance firms, affluent individuals, and families.
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities, referral sources, and strategic partner relationships.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
- Create and maintain referral networks including physicians, healthcare professionals, insurance representatives, and corporate entities.
- Foster and sustain enduring relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Forge strategic alliances with corporations, healthcare groups, insurance agencies, and similar organizations.
- Carry out outreach initiatives, deliver presentations, perform follow-ups, and cultivate professional relationships.
- Support initiatives aimed at executives, private clients, family offices, and international clientele.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide market insights and improve the positioning of services.
- Monitor and document business development activities, referral sources, partnership opportunities, and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Background in business development, sales, marketing, referral network expansion, or relationship management.
- Experience within healthcare, medical services, concierge healthcare, insurance sectors, or servicing high-net-worth clients is an advantage.
- Outstanding skills in communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building.
- Confidence in engaging with physicians, corporate executives, insurance professionals, and affluent clients.
- A professional, proactive, and organized work style with strong follow-up abilities and discretion.
