Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will lead strategic efforts to grow our market presence, attract new clients, and build strategic partnerships. This role demands a technology enthusiast with strong commercial insight and the ability to work within the fast-changing AI solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities to enhance Fumbo Ai's leadership in the AI chatbot industry.
- Craft and implement client acquisition plans tailored to client needs, emphasizing Fumbo Ai's value.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with companies, agencies, and tech providers to foster cooperation.
- Perform detailed market analysis to guide business approaches and spot growth potential.
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring advantageous terms for the organization.
- Support marketing efforts to heighten brand visibility within Ghana.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to development teams for ongoing product refinement.
- Assist in customizing solutions to suit local business requirements for cultural alignment.
- Devise and execute sales strategies including pricing and promotional campaigns to boost revenue.
- Develop and nurture industry relationships, representing Fumbo Ai at relevant events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields; MBA is advantageous.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within technology or AI sectors.
- Strong understanding of AI applications and solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving markets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
