Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining their trust through reliable, high-quality service delivery.
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects by leveraging networking opportunities, prospecting efforts, and thorough market analysis.
• Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand their recruitment requirements and provide customized staffing solutions.
• Broaden your professional network while representing MatchBox with credibility, expertise, and professionalism.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within industries such as construction, energy, engineering, industrial services, accounting & finance, professional services, or other fast-paced B2B sales environments. Recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exemplifies motivation, accountability, and professionalism, paired with creativity and transparency in approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in disciplines like business, human resources, engineering, commerce, or related fields.
