Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and training to clients to facilitate understanding and use of the company’s offerings.
• Proactively seek new business prospects and promote company services to increase market presence.
• Design and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
• Provide continuous client support and nurture relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Spot new business opportunities and introduce innovative growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external partners.
• Collect feedback, perform research, and contribute to ongoing product and service enhancements for better client experience.

Candidate Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance, Business, or Marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in client-facing roles within banking, brokerage, or fund management sectors, with experience servicing Chinese clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle complex scenarios effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration internally and externally.
• Outstanding presentation skills and client relationship management abilities to build and maintain key partnerships.
• Enthusiastic about interacting with people, open to challenges, and committed to continuous learning.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with counterparts in China.
• An active interest in investment is considered an advantage.
