About the Role
Our client, Kloudify, is a Microsoft Solutions Partner dedicated to helping businesses transform through Microsoft technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, Cyber Security, AI, and Digital Innovation. As they rapidly expand especially in areas such as AI Governance, Copilot, and AI Agent implementations, they seek a Business Development Manager who excels at uncovering new business opportunities and forging strong client relationships across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads to drive company growth.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with executives, business owners, and IT leaders.
- Lead discussions about Microsoft 365, Azure, AI solutions including Copilot, Cyber Security, and AI Governance.
- Manage sales processes from initial engagement through to successful deal closure.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and solutions experts to craft tailored customer proposals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Act as a representative for Kloudify during client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 CRM to manage sales opportunities, forecast, and report progress.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and prospecting effectively.
- Experience selling technology products, especially cloud services, managed services, cyber security, or software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Confidence interacting with senior decision-makers in business and technology sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident based in Sydney with ability to engage with clients nationwide.
- Preferred but not mandatory: familiarity with Microsoft Cloud products such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Cyber Security, AI solutions, automation, digital transformation.
- Advantageous to have experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft certifications like MS-900 or AZ-900.
