About Sherweb and the Role

Join us as a Business Development Manager reporting to the Business Development Director, where your main objective will be to boost monthly revenues from both existing and new strategic partners as well as major accounts. The role involves cultivating the growth of designated accounts, increasing sales, nurturing strong client and partner relationships, and serving as an ambassador for Sherweb's full range of offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth from strategic partners and major accounts by meeting or surpassing established sales targets.
- Develop targeted strategies aimed at achieving specific goals related to revenue, recruitment, and partner activation.
- Maintain regular engagement with assigned partners and accounts to uncover new and existing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with strategic partners to effectively promote Sherweb's solutions.
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives including budget management.
- Lead the launch of Sherweb’s new products within partner organizations, including organizing training.
- Support the development and launch of campaigns focused on recruiting customers and sub-resellers.
- Identify potential growth areas and design as well as execute action plans accordingly.
- Prepare protocols to respond to information requests and tenders, manage solicitations and drafts of new quotes, maintaining close communication with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with supervisors and internal departments such as customer service, technical support, and migration teams to ensure top-tier partner service.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time for partner meetings and representing Sherweb at trade fairs and industry events.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Computer Science or Administration.
- A decade of experience in IT sales or as a sales representative with a proven record of successful deals.
- Strong understanding of the Information Technology sector.
- Expertise or experience in cloud technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience in sales through partner or reseller networks preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT tools including Microsoft Office, web technologies, Windows, Mac systems, and networks, as well as familiarity with CRM and document sharing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint.

Additional Information
The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite at the Dublin office. Travel is expected to account for about 50% of the role to meet partners and attend trade shows.
