Business Development Manager – IT Staffing

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager specializing in IT staffing to spearhead expansion efforts in the Saudi Arabian market. This role focuses on staff augmentation and recruitment solutions within diverse sectors such as enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology.

Primary Responsibilities

• Scout and secure new clientele across multiple sectors including enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with senior decision-makers such as CXOs, CIOs, HR professionals, procurement teams, and technology leaders.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and client engagements to proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing contracts.
• Promote a range of staffing solutions including IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO, and comprehensive workforce solutions.
• Maintain and expand a robust sales pipeline and client base within Riyadh and the broader Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Accurately assess client manpower needs and collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely staffing fulfillment.
• Develop and submit RFPs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, sales goals, and objectives for new client acquisition.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities in the staffing domain.

Required Qualifications

• Between 6 to 8 years’ experience in business development or sales within IT staffing, recruitment, staff augmentation, or IT services sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise and a solid network in the Saudi/KSA market.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
• Strong grasp of contract staffing models and IT recruitment practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Prior experience engaging with enterprise and government clients is desirable.
• Proficiency in Arabic and an existing professional network in KSA are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
