Role Overview
Join a thriving cybersecurity services company in a pivotal business development role, focused on converting existing enterprise clients from cyber insurance to comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. Operating within a fast-paced MSP/MSSP environment, this position is central to building tailored cybersecurity packages including re-selling fees and service offerings such as MDR, XDR, and EDR.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers already investing significant sums in cyber insurance to cross-sell cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Construct bespoke cybersecurity stacks that address client-specific threat risks and requirements.
- Capitalize on extensive knowledge of clients’ businesses gained via partnership with a cyber insurance broker actively closing high-value clients monthly.
Compensation & Environment
- Receive a 20% commission on converted cybersecurity deals and up to 20% on renewals, with target OTE of approximately £80,000 in the first year and potential growth to £240,000 by year two.
- Work in a dynamic, high-performance trading floor setting surrounded by top-tier sales professionals motivated by exceptional commission structures.
- Benefit from equity opportunities tied to personal success, with plans for business sale offering additional financial upside.
Additional Details
- The company is established with five years of operation and experiencing organic growth rates exceeding 120% annually.
- This role is strictly office-based, requiring presence at the Shoreditch/Liverpool Street location from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week.
