Job description
About the Role
This opportunity offers you the chance to lead growth for an innovative offshore staffing model in Victoria. The model leverages onshore property managers supported by skilled offshore professionals, enabling agencies to double their property management capacity efficiently. With proven success across hundreds of clients and exceptional retention, this premium offering transforms agency operations by rebuilding workflows and embedding offshore teams over a 90-day period.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute discovery calls via Zoom or Teams with agency principals and property management business owners to identify margin leakages.
- Close sales in follow-up meetings, typically finalizing deals within four weeks.
- Present the growth partner proposition encompassing process, personnel, and implementation, emphasizing value over price.
- Negotiate contract terms, aiming for standard 12-month agreements and extending to 24 months when conditions allow.
- Assess and align appropriate levels of implementation support per agency needs.
- Collaborate closely with onshore property management specialists to ensure client success.
- Develop a solid reputation within the Victorian real estate sector through referrals and strong relationships.
- Maintain a focused and manageable sales pipeline, targeting approximately 10 closed deals monthly after ramp-up.
Candidate Profile
No real estate experience is necessary but a solid record of success in high-volume closing roles with measurable results is essential. Ideal candidates will be confident communicating with business owners over video calls, skilled at diagnosing client pain points, and steadfast in holding pricing to emphasize value. Creativity and persistence to overcome stalled deals and a desire to contribute to building and shaping a growing sales team are key attributes.
Preferred Background
Sales experience selling ROI-driven services to SMB owners, including digital marketing, recruitment, or outsourcing, is desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with real estate or PropTech sectors adds value but hunger and proven closing ability are paramount.
Why Join?
- Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation, with on-target earnings exceeding $190,000.
- Typical total contract value (TCV) per deal is between $30,000 and $40,000; 24-month contract closes double commission.
- Short sales cycles allowing rapid achievement of results—often closing deals in just two meetings within four weeks.
- A validated sales model currently operating successfully inside the founder's own property management business.
- Opportunity to own and develop the Victorian territory independently with substantial growth targets planned for 2027.
- Experienced sales leadership supporting development with proven Zoom-led B2B sales expertise.
- Engagement in premium pricing strategy focused on growth and margin rather than competing on labor cost.
Additional Information
This is an onsite, full-time role based in Melbourne, Victoria. The company values transparent commission structures, competitive base pay, and a strategic approach to offshore staffing sales that prioritizes client growth rather than commoditized pricing.
