Business Development Manager (BDM)

Overview

We are urgently seeking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) for positions in various locations across Orissa including Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, and others. The role involves selling credit cards to corporate clients as part of a corporate salary package offering, with salary, benefits, and incentives provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire credit card sales opportunities by engaging with corporate clients.
• Conduct frequent visits to companies to cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Travel to various locations for business meetings as required.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Male graduates with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate BFSI sales; those with credit card sales experience preferred.
• MBA freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
• Applicants must possess a valid driving license and have access to a motorcycle for business travel.
• Demonstrated strong sales and communication capabilities are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
• Additional benefits including Provident Fund (PF), fuel allowance, and sales incentives.
