Job description
Role Overview
This position involves serving as the company’s representative in Singapore, focusing on cultivating trust through direct client interactions, enhancing existing relationships, aiding sales activities, and providing insights specific to the local market. While sales, account management, and service delivery are handled by teams based in the Philippines, this role facilitates local engagement.
Key Duties
- Engage personally with prospective and current clients through face-to-face interactions.
- Participate alongside the Philippines team in sales pitches, proposal deliberations, contract negotiations, and executive-level meetings.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with principal decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client visits and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Offer support for contract renewals and assist in resolving client issues locally.
- Represent the company at networking functions, industry conferences, and similar events.
- Develop referral channels and strategic partnerships.
- Collect and report on market intelligence—covering competitor actions, pricing trends, customer feedback, and emerging demands within the market.
- Ensure all meeting notes, action points, and CRM data entries are updated within a 24-hour window following interactions.
- Serve as the local ambassador and face of the company in Singapore’s market.
Performance Metrics
- Create and nurture 20 meaningful new executive-level contacts monthly, such as potential clients, strategic partners, industry leaders, or competitor contacts.
- Generate a minimum of 5 qualified business opportunities each month, whether leads, partnerships, or competitive insights.
- Visit all assigned Singapore clients at least once every quarter to strengthen relationships.
- Engage in significant client meetings during critical phases such as discovery, onboarding, quarterly reviews, executive meetings, and renewals.
- Prepare and submit a detailed Monthly Market Intelligence Report with insights on customer behavior, competitor landscape, market trends, business opportunities, and strategic recommendations to enhance marketing, positioning, and product decisions.
- Obtain Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback from every client visited and aim to maintain or improve the average score through addressing recurring client concerns.
- Document and upload records of meetings, actions, and CRM updates promptly within one day.
