About the Role
Paragon Graphic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to fill the position of Business Development Executive at its Gachibowli, Hyderabad office. This role is within the Printing & Packaging sector, specifically focused on Mono Carton Manufacturing.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates and experienced professionals

- Individuals with experience in Printing, Packaging, FMCG, Pharma, or Industrial Sales are preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma holders in Printing & Packaging
- B.Tech graduates specializing in Printing & Packaging
- Candidates having relevant experience in Sales or Business Development roles
- Freshers possessing excellent communication skills are welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business leads and potential clients
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers
- Engage with clients to understand their packaging needs

Compensation
The salary for freshers starts at ₹240,000 per annum. For candidates with prior experience, salary will be determined based on individual background and current compensation.
