Business Development Executive

About the Role

Asian Lifts And Escalator Private Limited seeks a driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to actively pursue new business prospects and cultivate a strong client base. The ideal candidate will regularly visit construction-related stakeholders including builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project offices to uncover new projects, nurture relationships, and qualify business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily visits to construction sites and interact with diverse industry professionals.
• Spot upcoming projects and create potential business opportunities.
• Engage in cold calling, client discussions, and product presentations.
• Develop and maintain connections with key decision-makers and project participants.
• Gather comprehensive project details and market insights.
• Organize appointments for the sales department and management team.
• Maintain detailed visit reports and ensure CRM data is up to date.
• Collaborate with sales personnel for quotations and monitor project progress.
• Achieve set monthly targets related to lead generation and business growth.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking functions as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience ranging from 6 months up to 2 years in business development or field sales roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven aptitude for building strong customer relationships.
• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM software.
• Readiness for extensive travel commitments.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred.

Additional Details & Terms

The position offers a monthly remuneration of ₹25,000 plus a petrol allowance. Candidates should be below 40 years of age.
