Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support ongoing business development tasks daily.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Conduct sales calls to understand client needs and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Consistently follow up with both potential and existing clients to maintain engagement.
• Maintain professional and constructive communication to foster strong client relationships.
• Provide after-sales assistance and ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Track sales activities and team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Keep accurate documentation of sales, revenues, invoices, leads, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure all sales-related equipment and tools are functional and report issues or needs as they arise.
• Offer timely and reliable feedback to both the sales team and management.
