Mohini Enterprises is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will engage in field sales activities targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMB).

Role Summary

This role requires proactive outreach and relationship building with potential SMB clients by leveraging cold calling and field meetings, with the goal of securing long-term contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team meetings to align on goals and progress.
• Conduct at least 20 cold call meetings each day with HR professionals or decision-makers.
• Accurately record all interactions and meetings in the CRM system in real time.
• Meet progressive sales targets starting with closing 20 deals in the first month, 40 in the second, and 50 monthly onwards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education qualification of graduate level or higher.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in industries such as online payments, e-commerce, internet services, or software products.
• Possess a determined, hustler mindset with strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Ownership of a bike and a valid driver's license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between INR 24,000 and INR 30,000, supplemented with incentives and travel reimbursement.
