Business Development Executive

Role Overview

This role requires proactively acquiring new clients through direct outreach, networking, and coordinated efforts with the marketing team. Maintaining strong connections with existing customers to ensure their loyalty is a core focus. The candidate will present business proposals and contracts aimed at increasing client-generated revenue while keeping abreast of market trends to keep our services relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in active client acquisition via direct communication and leveraging word-of-mouth and marketing collaboration.
• Foster and sustain productive relationships with current clients to promote retention.
• Recommend product or service enhancements that align with client needs.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and formal contracts to attract increased business revenue.
• Monitor consumption patterns to update offerings accordingly.
• Identify client challenges and propose appropriate solutions to drive revenue.
• Exhibit strong networking and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and excellent research capabilities.
• Approach targets with confidence and readiness to embrace challenges.
• Be prepared to perform field visits and travel as necessary.

Additional Information

• Working hours for job-related matters and interviews are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Salary range is INR 20,000 to 42,000 per month, with final compensation depending on candidate suitability; salary is negotiable for outstanding candidates.
