Job description
Role Overview
The position requires actively engaging with educational institutions across Hyderabad and beyond to promote and coordinate a national "Best Performer Award" event focused on music and dance colleges as well as premium schools. The role involves both onsite field visits and remote communication to foster registrations and manage event participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a curated database of schools and colleges to conduct personalized outreach, including visiting local Hyderabad venues in person and contacting outstation institutions via phone calls.
- Log all official feedback and responses meticulously in a designated tracking sheet for data accuracy.
- Conduct physical visits to assigned music, dance colleges, and premium schools in Hyderabad to present and promote the "Best Performer Award" directly to Head of Departments and Dance instructors.
- Manage remote communication by calling and emailing institutions outside Hyderabad from your workspace.
- Coordinate event logistics during the weekend of September 12-13 by managing live Google Meet sessions, monitoring registrations mapped to school codes, and overseeing the upload of student portfolios.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must be a resident of Hyderabad or Secunderabad.
- Possession of a functional two-wheeler (motorbike or scooter) with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Must own a personal laptop capable of accessing and managing Google Sheets for data tracking purposes.
- Proficiency in professional English and Telugu, both spoken and written, is essential.
Compensation Details
- Fixed base pay of 3,000 INR, disbursed upon completion of the assigned list and accurate data entry, contingent on securing a minimum of 30 registrations.
- A travel allowance of 1,000 INR is provided to offset petrol expenses incurred during onsite visits.
- Performance bonuses are offered at 2,000 INR for every set of 20 paid student registrations linked to your tracked school codes, with no earning cap.
