Job description
Overview
PhonePe is urgently looking to hire Field Work Executives in Mysuru, Karnataka. This straightforward role involves engaging with local shops to promote and sell PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 14 to 15 retail shops daily to present and sell PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes.
- Ensure daily attendance by successfully covering the targeted number of shops.
- Interact with shopkeepers without aggressive sales tactics, as most are already aware of PhonePe.
- Meet achievable sales targets with complete support from the company.
Requirements
- Possession of essential identification and documents including Aadhaar card, PAN card, 12th standard marksheet, and bank passbook.
- Having a bike is preferred to efficiently travel between shops.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting monthly salary in the range of 20,000 to 24,000 INR.
- Additional petrol allowance of 3,000 INR monthly.
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) coverage provided.
