Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join and support our expanding UK sales team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals desiring to establish a long-term career in B2B technology sales, gaining core skills in prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and rapport over the phone to understand customers' needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Schedule qualified meetings with prospects who fit the Ideal Customer Profile, adhering to proven procedures and best practices.
- Hit performance targets by following structured processes and leveraging multiple communication channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Promote interest in cybersecurity offerings by effectively communicating Xeretec's value proposition.
- Research and identify new potential accounts through LinkedIn and other avenues, providing detailed CRM documentation.
- Respond professionally and knowledgeably to client inquiries.
- Continuously enhance cold calling, messaging, and pipeline management techniques based on company training and constructive feedback.
- Promptly handle assigned tasks and inquiries originating inbound.
- Maintain comprehensive records of outreach and interactions in the CRM system while ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and partners to aid overall team success.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably experienced with outbound cold calling.
- Strong time management capabilities and effective prioritization of competing tasks.
- Comfortable using various platforms and systems simultaneously.
- Enjoys cooperative teamwork to meet individual and organizational objectives.
