Business Development Associate

About the Role

Join Axis Bank as a Business Development Associate within the Casa Sales department. This position involves direct customer engagement to increase the bank's customer base by selling Current and Savings Accounts, along with cross-selling additional banking products. The role requires local travel and interaction with both new and existing customers to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate sales of Current and Savings Accounts to new customers.
• Conduct local marketing efforts and travel within the area to meet potential clients regularly.
• Engage with current customers to encourage additional deposits and cross-selling of bank products.
• Meet assigned sales targets consistently on a daily and monthly schedule.
• Complete all required certifications such as AMFI and obtain EUIN post joining.
• Participate in ongoing training and bank-led learning initiatives.
• Maintain detailed daily records of customer interactions in the bank's CRM platform.
• Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
• Support and engage in all bank-driven initiatives as directed from time to time.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Any degree qualification is accepted.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary package with a CTC of ₹19,000 per month.
• Take-home pay of ₹16,000 per month plus incentives ranging between ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 monthly based on performance.

Career Progression

Candidates can grow from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 through a fast-track program, followed by roles such as Assistant Manager Sales and further advanced sales positions within the bank.
