Role Summary

We seek a Female Business Development Associate to drive B2B lead generation, engage with prospective clients, and facilitate IT service sales and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential business leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and email.
• Perform outbound calls to engage new prospects.
• Present and explain SpriteEra’s IT service offerings to interested parties.
• Assess and qualify client needs accurately.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communications with leads.
• Arrange appointments with prospective clients showing interest.
• Keep detailed records of leads and follow-ups.
• Meet assigned goals for lead development and scheduling meetings.
• Collaborate closely with sales and development teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in engaging potential clients over calls.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT services.
• Proficient in Hindi and English communication.
• Capability in lead generation and cold calling techniques.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
• Driven by targets and exhibits self-motivation.

Experience

Between 1 to 2 years preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the Dwarka location in Delhi.
