We are recruiting a Business Analyst to join a dynamic Technology and Data team based in London. This role involves collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to analyze current operations, document workflows, and identify areas for process enhancement. The successful candidate will convert business requirements into precise, actionable documentation to support ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across business and tech spheres to comprehend existing processes.
- Map out detailed workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies.
- Turn complex business needs into clear, implementable requirements for development teams.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in consultancy settings is highly preferred, demonstrating versatility and exposure to varied business challenges.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Additional Information
- Work Location: London, with a work schedule of four days onsite and one day remote.
- Compensation ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 annually, dependent on experience.
