V-Guard Industries Ltd is a prominent manufacturer of electrical appliances in India, operating 35 branches and 16 manufacturing units nationwide, with a turnover exceeding 5965 crore in the financial year 2025-26.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying the Salesforce application throughout V-Guard, especially focusing on the Sunflame Business unit.
• Serve as the Business Analyst for all Salesforce (SFDC) developments and updates, as well as related sales technology platforms.
• Conduct thorough business testing and validate change requests, enhancements, and newly implemented features on the Salesforce platform.
• Provide support for sales operations carried out through Salesforce.
• Manage user administration tasks within Salesforce such as creating users, modifying access rights, and offering continuous support.
• Work alongside project teams to organize and deliver user training, share knowledge, and promote adoption of the system.
• Coordinate efforts with business stakeholders, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure timely and aligned solution delivery.
• Drive initiatives focused on process improvement, adoption of new Salesforce capabilities, system enhancements, and business process automation to boost operational efficiency and increase user productivity.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Degree holders in BE/BTech, MBA, BSc, BCA, or MCA.
• Strong analytical thinking coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with any sales CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AWS, Tableau, and mobile applications is advantageous.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi.

Certifications

Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst, or Platform Developer certifications are preferred.
