Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst passionate about dissecting complex challenges to collaborate closely with business, product, and technology teams at PanScience Innovations. This role involves converting real-world issues into actionable deliverables within deep-tech and AI-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand business challenges, workflows, and user requirements through interaction, research, and data analysis.
• Formulate clear requirements, use cases, and user stories that represent the problems accurately.
• Partner with product development, engineering, and business units to design practical solutions.
• Document current processes, highlight inefficiencies or gaps, and propose improvements.
• Create straightforward documentation such as process flows, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and functional specifications when necessary.
• Perform data analysis to aid decision-making.
• Engage in product conversations, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing phases, and validation of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout all stages—from initial discussions through execution.
• Persistently question and clarify the core problem by asking insightful questions.

Candidate Profile

• Adept at logically structuring ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable liaising with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficient with data handling, spreadsheets, and fundamental analytical tools.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining awareness of the broader perspective.
• Intellectually curious about technology, artificial intelligence, and business operations.
• Proactive mindset with a drive to take initiative without waiting for perfect instructions.

Experience & Locations

Ideal candidates will have 0–3 years of experience; emphasis is placed more on thinking ability than on years listed in a resume. Positions are available in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Lucknow.
