Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively across the entire software development lifecycle, from customer requirement assessment, estimations, functional and test specifications creation, testing, documentation, to user acceptance testing.

Qualifications & Experience

• A university degree in Information and Communication Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a business analyst.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
• Fluent in business-level English.
