Job description
Role Summary
Starways is seeking two skilled Business Analysts to join its team for a digital governmental project in the real estate sector that leverages data and artificial intelligence.
Location
Onsite in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead workshops to gather and document requirements effectively.
- Develop use cases, scenario descriptions, and user stories to guide development.
- Link regulatory body needs to appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare functional requirements documents (FRD) and system requirements documents (SRD) and ensure these are approved.
Candidate Requirements
- Native proficiency in Arabic language.
- Residence in Saudi Arabia with valid national ID or residency permit.
- Proven track record working on governmental projects.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements for complex digital projects.
- Expertise in BPMN and documentation techniques including use cases and user stories.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional Advantage: Experience in the real estate sector or working with regulatory authorities.
Eligibility
Applicants must be native Arabic speakers residing in Saudi Arabia with the appropriate legal documentation to work.
