Business Analyst

About the Role

Ideal Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the key intermediary between business teams and technology departments. This position requires analyzing business workflows, comprehending stakeholder needs, and transforming those requirements into actionable solutions aimed at boosting efficiency, guiding decision-making, and generating substantial business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and system requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops involving stakeholders.
• Examine current business processes, identify shortcomings, and propose enhancements to increase operational effectiveness and productivity.
• Convert business needs into explicit functional specifications, use cases, and relevant project documentation.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment by liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Assess potential technological solutions, considering aspects such as feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact on the business.
• Assist in system and user acceptance testing activities, including identifying and resolving issues to ensure solutions comply with required business standards.
• Help manage project scope, maintain requirements traceability, and address stakeholder expectations across the full project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor and gather feedback on implemented solutions to pinpoint further improvement opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years of pertinent experience in business analysis.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or closely related discipline.
• Advanced analytical abilities to interpret data, uncover gaps, and craft realistic recommendations.
• Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling collaboration with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, organizational aptitude, and creative problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable in process modeling tools including flowcharts, use case diagrams, and business process mapping.
