Role Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and complete launch of the Bulgarian market by establishing all copy content, processes, and workflows for a seamless go-live.
• Manage end-to-end project oversight for Bulgarian copy workflows, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations are consistently fulfilled.
• Own the translation workflow by handling requests, task assignment, progress tracking, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Create and primarily translate compelling, brand-aligned copy for various marketing channels such as newsletters, push notifications, and both organic and paid social media, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging objectives.
• Proofread all Bulgarian texts to ensure flawless grammar, clear messaging, and stylistic coherence.
• Oversee quality assurance of Bulgarian content across website, app, and marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Actively contribute as part of the Brand Marketing team to maintain consistent brand tone across touchpoints and help achieve team KPIs and broader marketing goals.
• Continuously seek ways to refine processes, boost efficiency, and uphold superior content quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Bulgarian combined with business proficiency in English; knowledge of Croatian or other Slavic language is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Bulgarian Copywriter within fast-paced e-commerce settings; experience in fashion marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with structured content workflows, Jira, and/or translation management systems is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to harmonize inputs from diverse teams and deliver high-quality content collaboratively and systematically.
• Experience in launching or supporting the launch of a new market is a valuable asset.
• Exceptional writing style with a contemporary fashion sensibility and impeccable grammar proficiency.
• High organizational ability to juggle multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented project management approach ensuring smooth and transparent processes.
