Role Overview
As a Building Operator, you will oversee the daily operation and upkeep of a commercial office building. Collaborating with a skilled operations team, you'll handle work orders, execute preventative and corrective maintenance, oversee contractors, and ensure the optimal functioning of all building systems. Providing prompt and professional responses to tenant maintenance requests will be essential to maintaining tenant satisfaction and a safe property environment.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possess a 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate.
- Minimum of one year experience managing commercial high-rise office buildings.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a proactive maintenance approach.
- Capability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits
