Role Overview

We seek a qualified and experienced builder who is proud of their workmanship, has excellent communication abilities, and can work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Core Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or agricultural/dairy construction sectors.
• Capability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards, including compliance with site safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and relevant regulations.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, coordinating well with subcontractors and other trades on site.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wages ranging from $40 to $50.
• Permanent full-time position offering 42 paid hours per week.
