Role Overview

The Brewer position, based full-time on-site in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, involves overseeing the entire brewing process from the initial handling of raw materials through fermentation, filtration, and final packaging. The incumbent ensures that every product aligns with established quality and safety benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and regulate brewing parameters to maintain consistent product quality.
• Adjust recipes as needed to adhere to product specifications.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness within the brewhouse environment.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and upkeep brewing machinery.
• Maintain precise and accurate records of brewing processes.
• Collaborate effectively with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to optimize operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects targeting brewing efficiency and product uniformity.
• Comply strictly with standard operating procedures and regulatory mandates.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional workplace culture.

Requirements

• Proficient technical understanding of brewing methods, fermentation, and quality control processes with the ability to follow and refine SOPs.
• Experience within manufacturing environments, particularly beverage or food processing sectors, is preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong skills in recordkeeping and adherence to safety, hygiene, and compliance norms.
• Capability to perform physically active duties and operate or oversee brewing equipment safely on-site.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Educational background beneficial in brewing science, food technology, chemical engineering, microbiology, or related disciplines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required and commitment to ongoing professional development in brewing and plant operations.
