About the Role
Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy providing welcoming service? Germain Hôtels is seeking a Breakfast Server who takes pride in making guests feel like family. The role involves offering attentive service during breakfast hours, from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in a lively and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with guests to recognize their needs, share detailed menu knowledge, and provide recommendations for an exceptional dining experience.
- Assist with opening, setting up, and closing the bar and catering areas efficiently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly.
- Anticipate guest requirements, respond quickly during service, and maintain regular guest interaction.
- Keep the work environment and equipment clean, sanitized, and well organized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all relevant laws and regulations concerning alcohol service.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service is a plus.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift or carry weights up to 50 pounds.
- Strong ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage with others.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is $17.95, set to reflect internal pay equity standards.
