About the Role
Step into a vibrant role that starts the day on a positive note for guests at the Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport. As a Breakfast Agent, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing a well-curated breakfast service, and ensuring smooth operations during morning hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Start the day early to ensure guests experience a relaxed, well-served breakfast setting.
- Prepare breakfast offerings with a strong focus on quality, freshness, and appealing presentation.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the dining area and back office, even during peak times.
- Serve as a helpful point of contact by offering recommendations, assistance, and attentive listening to guests.
- Collaborate closely with team members, providing support where needed.
- Contribute actively to optimizing service procedures and overall guest experience.
Candidate Profile
- Possess genuine passion for hospitality and enjoy engaging with guests warmly.
- Demonstrate proactive, independent working habits combined with teamwork and accountability.
- Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor consistently.
- Work reliably and maintain composure and organization under pressure.
- Show openness to learning new skills and ideas beyond immediate responsibilities.
- Proficient in German; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Previous experience in hospitality or gastronomy is advantageous but not mandatory.
