Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brand Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in acquiring brand clients. The ideal candidate will build the brand sales pipeline from the ground up, actively engage decision-makers such as CMOs and brand marketing heads, and successfully convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and identify a strong pipeline of brand prospects.
• Present and pitch Talent Grid offerings to senior brand decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to onboard new brand clients.

Candidate Profile

• 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, brand partnerships, media sales, or platform sales.
• Proven track record of building a sales pipeline independently, not just managing existing leads.
• Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders such as CMOs, brand heads, and founders.
• In-depth understanding of how brands currently source agencies and why the existing process is inadequate.
• Preference for candidates based in Bangalore as this is an onsite full-time role.
• Not suitable for candidates whose background is solely in digital or performance marketing. A broad understanding of the creative industry is essential.
