Role Overview

As a Branch Relationship Executive at Calibehr Business Support Services Private Limited in Nagpur, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for driving credit card sales through the branch network by engaging with customers and promoting credit card benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality credit card leads from branch visitors and existing customers.
• Clearly articulate credit card features, advantages, fees, and eligibility criteria to prospective customers.
• Identify suitable customers and efficiently convert leads into formal credit card applications.
• Guide customers throughout the application process including documentation assistance.
• Liaise effectively with the bank and operations teams for timely processing of credit card applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with both branch personnel and clients to foster trust and repeat business.
• Follow up diligently on pending applications and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Meet and strive to exceed the monthly sales and acquisition targets set by the company.
• Ensure accurate capture of customer information and compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms.
• Keep detailed daily sales records and regularly update the status of leads and applications.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary range from 15,000 to 30,000 Indian Rupees.
