Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately process and update data related to credit card applications.
• Verify all customer details alongside necessary documentation.
• Input and manage customer and application information within internal databases.
• Prepare, maintain, and update daily Management Information System (MIS) and Excel reports.
• Communicate with sales and branch personnel to address missing or incorrect data.
• Monitor application progress from initial login through subsequent processing stages.
• Maintain organized records of all applications and associated documents.
• Detect inconsistencies in data and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Safeguard customer and financial information to uphold confidentiality.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and within set timelines.
