Role Overview

Seeds Fincap, a reputable and expanding player in the NBFC and BFSI sectors dedicated to empowering micro enterprises across India through business and mortgage loans, is seeking a highly motivated professional to assume the position of Branch Manager for Secured Loans in Mathura.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve set disbursement and sales targets while minimizing delinquency.
• Identify and target appropriate customers for loan disbursal as per company requirements.
• Drive business growth by leading and managing teams across designated areas to enhance market penetration and reach.
• Evaluate potential client segments and product demand in new territories to facilitate geographic expansion.
• Oversee loan disbursement, track repayments, manage delinquency, and meet collection targets.
• Closely monitor disbursed loans, especially those with delayed repayments.
• Conduct regular field visits to perform monitoring and investigations.
• Maintain high portfolio quality by managing dues, non-starters, delinquency, and fraud cases.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients both within and outside the organization to enhance brand recognition.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Willingness and comfort in conducting fieldwork.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
