Branch Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

Join one of Europe's rapidly expanding retail companies as a Branch Manager, contributing actively to our success with a dynamic range of duties and weekly introduction of around 150 new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your branch team, supported by the assistant branch manager.
• Oversee branch operations including order management, adherence to presentation standards, and daily tasks.
• Handle human resources duties such as creating staff schedules and fostering employee growth.
• Drive recruitment efforts to build your branch team.
• Collaborate closely with regional management to discuss results and branch development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training with preferably prior experience in a similar retail management position.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset paired with high accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the branch team effectively.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days including regular evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores located in Germany.
