Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations encompassing sales, customer support, and product portfolio management.
- Create and execute strategies aimed at boosting revenue through cross-selling diverse financial services.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to accurately assess their requirements and deliver customized financial solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance protocols.
- Lead branch staff by managing performance, providing training, and fostering professional development.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 5 to 10 years of professional experience within banking or finance sectors.
- Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in CASA sales, investment banking, wealth management, NBFC operations, and insurance products.
- Proven capability in meeting or exceeding sales goals and expanding business volume effectively.
Eligibility
