About the Role
BOC Limited New Zealand is seeking a Branch Manager based in Dunedin, Otago. This role requires a hands-on leader who expertly balances leadership, sales growth, and operational oversight with a strong commitment to safety and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Championing a robust safety culture focused on zero harm for all staff and operations.
- Taking full accountability for branch performance, including profit and loss management.
- Enhancing sales by actively engaging with customers and driving business development strategies.
- Leading, mentoring, and nurturing a high-achieving team.
- Managing branch operations, including inventory control and maintaining high service standards.
- Building and sustaining excellent relationships with customers and various stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable leadership experience within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong commercial and financial knowledge, with experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of business growth.
- Preferred background in welding, engineering, or mechanical industries.
- A strong enthusiasm for workplace safety, customer service excellence, and team growth.
