Position Overview

Prince Gold and Diamonds India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee showroom operations in Chennai. The role demands managing daily activities efficiently, leading sales teams, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives tailored to the jewelry retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth daily showroom operations, optimizing resource utilization and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute marketing plans that boost sales, elevate brand visibility, and increase overall business revenue.
• Provide leadership and training to sales staff on product expertise, advanced sales methods, and service quality.
• Evaluate sales performance data to detect patterns, discover improvement opportunities, and refine operational processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess between 12 to 20 years of experience in retail management, particularly focusing on the jewelry industry.
• Demonstrate success in fostering sales expansion via innovative marketing and effective team leadership.
• Have in-depth knowledge of inventory control and be capable of leveraging sales data to guide purchasing.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
